Bollywood’s Amitabh Bachchan recovers from coronavirus

Amitabh Bachchan, the well-known Bollywood actor, recovers from the coronavirus infestion, his son has said.

Abhishek Bachchan, son of the 77-year-old actor, wrote in a tweet that his father’s COVID-19 test has turned negative and he can leave the hospital.

Amitabh Bachchan was previously diagnosed with diseases such as Tuberculosis and Hepatitis B. Moreover, his liver’s function is just 25%.

With such a health background, doctors were concerned about Bachchan’s ability to recover from the lethal COVID-19.

Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan were hospitalized on July 11 due to the coronavirus infection.

Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek’s wife, and her 8-year-old daughter were also diagnosed with the COVID-19.

They left the hospital after 10 days, but Abhishek is still hospitalized.
